Title: “An expedition to infinite distance in conformal manifolds”.
Abstract: In this talk we will explore the physics at the infinite distance limits on conformal manifolds, where a tower of higher spin operators appears in agreement with the Distance conjecture of the holographic dual. We classify the possible limits for 4d SCFTs with simple gauge factors, yielding new types of tensionless string limits. I will also discuss a new argument behind the absence of scale separation in these AdS theories.
